This is an intranet application which enables the management, definition and loading of customer lists, assignment of customers to their branch and sales representatives, getting appointments from customers, entry of appointments and appointment results, updating ,tracking, management and reporting. Different user groups are defined for this program and users can only see and do processes on the modules in their defined groups. The reports obtained show data on the basis of rights defined for the users.
