This is a windows based application which prints letters or sends SMS according to certain criteria to give feedback to bank customers.

  Options like

- whether the information is to be sent using sms or letter
- if sms is used the criteria to be used for sending
- whether to send a letter in case the message did not arrive

are available

   Options to produce reports about SMS and letters sent to the customers are available.For example, It is possible to check the following information from the reports produced by the program.
- Letter type and number of the letters sent
- SMS type and the number of the SMS sent
- Number of SMS that reached the customer as well as the identity of the customers
- Number of SMS that were not delivered
