This is a web based application where loan sales are done on the phone by Citiphone and Telemarletting units.Sales representatives enter the details of customers whom they sold the loans on the phone and the details of the bank where the loan will be transfered on the related forms. The records entered can be searched and updated according to Turkish national ID number, name, surname as long as they are completed.

The same search method is valid for customers whose entry is completed but updates cannot be carried out for the same customers.
