IDATA is a Visa Application Process Automation System which is used by Italian and Malta Consulates.
IDATA Visa Tracking System is a web based program which provides modules for every process starting from applicant appointments to passport delivery.
IDATA is currently being used by Italian Consulates in İstanbul and İzmir . Basic functions of the system are as shown below:
The system's main features are:
- Visa application module
- Black list control
- Barcode based processing and passport tracking
- Reporting and tracking module available for the consulate
- Availibility of workload distribution algorithm on the appointment module for the consulate and IDATA.
- Intergration with barcode reader / passport querying and operation screen.
- Real time and end of day report
- User role and authorisation framework
