This is a windows based application which enableds the querying of the Ministry of Finance database using firstname,lastname,date of birth and father's name to get tax id numbers for customers who have applied to Citibank for credit cards and have had their credit approved but have missing tax id numbers. The results obtained are analysed and reports generated. The text file containing mothly applications with no tax id number is processed and corresponding tax ids are taken and updated into the banks current system.

  For records with no matching tax id numbers a report is produced and sent to the Ministry of Finance to request tax id numbers for these individuals or companies.
