Is a back-up program for OLA which is where Merchant Provision processes are done. When OLA system is down, users approve and reject merchant provision processes using Authorization Backup web application.

  The program loads customers current information into the system on daily basis. Therefore, the process of accepting and rejecting a customer is done using current data. There is a control-warning mechanism used to prevent a user from making a mistake for processes to be approved or rejected. There is also an option to generate reports on the processes done.
