It was developed to transfer the accounts opened both individually and
collectively by means of branches and customer representatives. After individuals
sign agreements and needed documents are obtained, the data is examined by the users
and this enables information to be transfered to the bank system.
After these operations are completed, all the scanned files are transfered
to the archive automation of the bank. Using this system documents needed for account
opening operation are completed quickly without having to move between departments.
