Citibank Loan Booking Center Project 2.0 provides to accept credit card
and personal loan applications on the intranet and evaluate these applications by
Sales Offices at different areas on the intranet even by vpn connections. At the
same time, it provides to change application &other parameters by Admin and reports
about applications.
LBC Project User Interface is based on 3 parts.
First part is the screen of which the customers apply and it consists
of 5 steps for information entry, 1 step for final checking of all entered information
and 1 final step for the approval of documents and application.
Loaning and the Credit Cards are applied on the same screen.
First 4 steps are the same, but at the 5th step due to chosen product,
Loaning or Credit Card screen appears.
After entering all the information, a confirmation page appears and
by confirming the application finishes.
At first step, KPS check is performed.
At second step, there are some checks related to some criteria. Those
checks are; whether any application is performed in 15-day-period, age, year of
profession, due to chosen product and the work criteria how the monthly revenue
is shaped.
At this step, KKB and Bureau Calculation checks are performed as well.
The results of KKB and Bureau Calculation are evaluated in respect of the tables
which are formed on Admin screen and with the positive ones 3rd step is applied,
and the negative ones are advised promptly. All the applications passed from 2nd
step, go to the screens of the Sales Agents. Non-passing applications are hold anyway
and the statistical values are calculated.
Second part is the reports of the Sales Agents.
According to the city areas and the roles of the sales-duties, the applications
are seen and evaluated. Call center agents, area managers and the other principal
officials may see those reports.
Third part is the Admin screens.
At this part, user transactions (add, update, delete) and the multiple-choice
criteria of the application screen and the sales screen are arranged.
At this time, the logs of the application, sales and the admin activities
are followed on those screens. The Loans and the Credit Card applications which
could not succeed the pre-approval also can be reached from here. Identification
of the various application channels are made as well.
LBC Project Technical Design has 3 parts.
First part is the main application of the Project and named as LBC.
This part of the project runs inside Citiuser Platform.
Second part is the LBC Web Services. Every action between Database servers
and LBC application runs thorough LBC Web services. LBC Web Services also includes
Bureau Calculation Web Services.
Third part is the Reporting Services. LBC uses Reporting Services interface
for all reports and activity logs, tiff graphic file of the application form also
created with Reporting Services.
